Exclusions: Customized or specially ordered colored lab-grown diamonds may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions via email. Please do not ship your item back without obtaining an RA number.

Packaging: Securely package the colored lab-grown diamond in its original packaging, including all certificates and documents.

Shipping: Ship the item using a reliable and insured shipping method, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
