Return Eligibility and Conditions:

  2. Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, the colored lab-grown diamond must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original certificates, documents, and packaging.

  3. Exclusions: Customized or specially ordered colored lab-grown diamonds may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Return Process:

  2.  within the 30-day return period. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions via email. Please do not ship your item back without obtaining an RA number.

  4. Packaging: Securely package the colored lab-grown diamond in its original packaging, including all certificates and documents.

  5. Shipping: Ship the item using a reliable and insured shipping method, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  6. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund Process:

  1. Approval: If the returned item meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that any promotional codes or discounts applied during the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
